These are the new english language files for the component, the modules and the plugin. They are already included with the packages and you actually dont need to download them unless you want tocreate your own translation for jOpenSim.

Unfortunately, there are significant changes between the Joomla versions 1.5 and 1.6+. So the language files from older versions will mostly not work on the new versions.
